the old adage of sex and money

Contrary to what you might think, this blog is not actually about sex work (though it could be). It is about sex and money though.

Actually it's about the energetic frequency of sex. And the energetic frequency of money. Money and sex. And how similar they are. So if that floats your boat I am happy to tell you you landed in the exact right spot. But if you put "money sex" into the internet in the hope of 1) earning a living from sharing your pussy online (or off) or 2) seeing some juicy online action....

I can only apologise in advance for the inevitable disappointment.

For those of you inclined to have more money, and interested in how opening your sex could help achieve that for you, then read on.

I talked in another blog HERE about the connection between wealth and states of feel good. How when we are craving something external (and of course money comes into this category), 9 times out of 10 what we are looking for is a state of being.

This is also exactly how money changes hands.

It is a reflection of and a mutual agreement of value.

So of course this is where you may have heard phrases like "money isn't real" or "money has no intrinsic value" or "money is pure energy" before. Because as well as the fact that money is super real (try paying the bills without it), ALSO it is a representation. It is an agreement. it is simply an exchange of what we deem to be valuable in that moment.

It goes without saying then, that pleasure is valuable to us. Or put it another way - anything that I hold to be valuable, I must also enjoy having. That's why I want it in the first place. Even if I am spending money to prevent something happening (ie to avoid being evicted) I am still doing it because I am avoiding something that will ruin my pleasure.

So - it makes sense then that money and sex would go hand in hand when it comes to increasing your intrinsic "state of being" wealth. Both, when used wisely, will increase wealth for you.

It is a modern tragedy that we have lost power in both areas of money and sex as women. 

Not only have we typically outsourced our pleasure, and associated our feel good with the happiness of other people, (I see all you secret bad girls out there), but also we have really spent decades fighting for sovereign independence around wealth and money. High five to all the feminists who made it possible for us to actually own property as women - and thanks to them - we can now grasp the opportunity to increase our net worth/earn more money to play with as and when we want to.

Aside from the obvious "unequal pay issue" however, it is true that women tend to find it more difficult to know and assert their financial worth in life. AND we can pick up some pretty bad habits along the way when it comes to the flow of the dollars in (and out) of our own bank accounts.

This isn't true for every woman, granted. I know and have worked with lots of financially successful women. But I also have spoken to dozens and dozens who want to work with me, but are too scared to invest. It's beyond not being the right time, or not having the desire for coaching with me. They say yes. They are a full bodied desirous yes to coming into a container. And then it's like they freeze over. It's happened with wealthy women too. They reach this sudden barrier where they "don't feel safe investing or moving forward."

Of course, there may be deeper reasons than the money for this. But also often I can feel their trepidation - that if they spend money it will not flow back again so easily. There's a contraction and a lack of trust. 

Interestingly, these same women often struggle to open sexually too - and indeed that's why they reached out to me in the first place. They know that "as in sex as in life" philosophy that I hold and frequently talk about. And they instinctively understand the connection between a woman who's heart, body and pussy is wide open and in full enjoyment of the world, and that of a life well lived. Of a women fully in her radiant, feminine power.

But both sex and money are controlled and damped down.

The truth is, the more you can open yourself to pleasurable feeling states and embodied relaxation, the easier it will be to receive - anything. And whether you want more sexual attention, more orgasmic gratification and letting go, or more money flowing into your life, practicing states of embodiment will help.

If you have ever caught yourself pushing away a gift, or contracting in the face of another's generosity, you well know that it takes a certain amount of nervous system relaxation to really let anything else in. If you are stressed or contracted. you will likely be stuck in the mindset and reality that you have to "do it all yourself anyway."

You already understand that like attracts like, right? 

That if you go around in a state of anger, you will be much more likely to experience aggression and attack. I remember once my husband and I were driving a boat down the river Thames and arguing at the same time. As we cruised past a local pub, some of the drinkers started throwing things at us. Perhaps I shouldn't have been as shocked as I was? Perhaps we were simply attracting the nasty shit back to us?

Certainly, I hold a lot of credence in this philosophy. It's a game I love to play and test out on a daily basis.

And if we started this article with the premise that money is simply a representation of a value - and something we are willing to give away in exchange to a valued feeling state - then we can imagine what might happen if we apply the law of attraction to the pursuit of wealth and money. 

Indeed, we can even use sexual pleasure to get us into the correct resonant state to receive more money.

You can try this for yourself, don't just take my word for it. But it never fails to amaze me how much material wealth and abundance clients begin to attract when they open their pleasure and become accustomed to actually feeling good on a daily basis. I've seen all sorts arrive for them, as if out of nowhere. Homes, partnerships, contracts and offers of work.

Life expands in the face of expansion.
